Promotion Expo, Milan: Decline in visitors and exhibitors

I – The 22nd edition of the Promotion Expo was staged in Hall 3 of the Fiero Milano City from March 13-15, 2013. As always, the event was divided up into the areas Gifts & Premium, B2B Service and Instore Material/Digital Signage/Shop Design, which were distinguished by different colours.

The official figures were not available at the time of going to press, but evidently fewer visitors and significantly fewer exhibitors were present compared to the previous year. Although the trade fair organised by the Italian publishing company, O.P.S., primarily addresses industry customers, it is also attended by distributors, because strong retail brands that are not represented at the pte in January, also exhibit at the Promotion Expo. As usual the Promotion Expo was accompanied by a comprehensive seminar programme.
